I am a long-time user of SugarSync since it first started. The functionality is incredible and the new apps very speedy. However as of a year ago its pricing has become non-competitive for power users, and the company locks you into their annual pricing for a full year with no ability to downgrade and then automatically signs you up at the upgraded price with no ability to get out the next year. I have called customer service but they cant do anything because the pricing is locked in and cannot be changed on their systems. I am planning to contact the Federal Trade Commission and state attorney general. New management obviously doesnt understand how to treat loyal customers and evidently does care about having any. Bad sign for future of this company.
