Everyday of getting past due notices for a situation beyond anyones control which REALLY deserves a 1 or NO star!!!! And this app is way too expensive!!!

Way over priced and what you get is duplicated photos by the hundreds. Its a complete mess of photos that is impossible to organize. So absolutely discouraging. That and it takes forever for pictures to load.

this app works easily for downloading files from my windows & mac computers to my ios devices. best sync software for windows & mac. still waiting a release to be able to upload my devices.

I store educational video material in .mp4 format on the SugarSync cloud. Unfortunately, the IOS app cannot successfully stream them to my iPhone, the only use I have for the app. My internet service is very fast(Gigabit), but up and download access to Sugarsyncs storage servers is not, even from my desktop computer. Perhaps thats the problem.

Ive Been looking for an simple , easy, straightforward iCloud backup for over 3 months , have tried the Top 7 rated ones , but although this App is not cheap ( you get wot you pay for ) it just does what it says ! Dont listen to those plonkers here who have got issues , blame the equipment not the App! If only I could pay for a 5 year in advance discounted premium this app would get 6 stars

I have been having continuing trouble syncing my iPad to my desktop files. The desktop crashes every day or two and the iPad opens to "files loading" but then sits there forever never showing those files. This never used to be the case. This used to be a rock solid app and I relied on it even more than my cloud service. What is going on? I dont see any evidence of version updates, no bug fixes, nothing. Is there any intention to continue support for this app? I once told people I knew that this was an app everyone should have. Until things improve, Ill have to stop recommending it.

Decent update; finally got an upload progress screen; touchID support is good too. Surprised that we still dont have a prevent auto-lock/sleep feature though. Updates are way way to far apart.

Do NOT purchase this service. When their service goes down you have to submit a ticket to get help. It then may take over a week for someone to get back to you. I emailed them after this happened and ask them to cancel my service. Months later I got billed another $80 per auto renew. After hours of chats, etc., I was finally able to cancel the auto renew but "Dave" tells me that due to costs of storage over the past few days they cant refund me the auto-renew. I havent even used their service for many months. Stay away from this company - there are many others that actually provide a service as well as customer support.

Sugar sync is my favourite cloud backup and file sharing service. Most important, it lets you keep your files and folders as you wish and lets you pick each folder you need to backup. So you know what is backed up and what is not. The iPhone app extends this by letting you have full access to each and every file on your laptop when you are on the go. Very good concept and very successful implementation.

I store everything in SugarSync. EVERYTHING. I can access every file, movie, picture, resume at any time. The new open-in functionality allows me to scan files on my printer using my iPhone, and upload them directly to SugarSync. Seamless, quick and I cant live without it!!!!!! Yay

I have high hopes for the site but during my trial I get daily emails to upgrade at 50% off. Ive tried two days straight and both times it says the 50% offer is expired (despite the email being only an hour old). Fix that please.

Apps locks up on iPhone 5 all the time. Pretty much never works

In 2015, no background upload gets you a 1-star review. On iPhone 5s with latest iOS and latest Sugarsync version, photos only backup if you keep the app open and on the foreground. Dev team at sugarsync should fix this long term issue. Especially since this is a paid service, this is incredibly frustrating.

So glad my son told me about this program! I can sync my important documents to all my devices so I have them whenever I need them! I highly recommend Sugar Sync!

It was so nice

When I first started using SugarSync, I loved it. Then they changed the application and the new file management capabilities are terrible. Hate it. Cant wait for my subscription to expire.
