I love being able to access my entire computer on my phone and iPad, and any other device - it has been a life saver more than once in my work in the road!

Excellent cloud service.

I rate this app 2 stars due to it does not allow any flexibility after uploading files. It only saves the camera roll on the iPhone and when you try to use view the video file it crashes. The app does not allow you to delete files you do not want stored anymore. I have pics stored that came from websites I visited and cannot remove from storage. The app does not allow you to upload other folders on the iPhone such as the notes. Im very disappointed with the limitations .

Went from awesome to awful, doesnt update and impossible to cancel! Can only cancel with a phone number that they do not answer during the times they tell you to call!

The biggest issue is not seeing improvements I have requested. Backup of photos often disrupts access to files I need for business. There needs to be a button to pause or stop photo uploads. For instance I have a large video which is partially uploaded, but it cant be stopped nor cleared? There is no one to call for help?

Migrated to this app to stop carrying my lap top all the time. I have a Mac @home and working with PC in the office. All files synced fine. File sharing is frustrating as well as the pics retrieval from the cloud. Hope some improvements soon.

Updating again: still waiting for it to work. It fails to upload my files, especially photos. Im still paying for the service, but need to start rethinking that. Previous reviews: Another update from a long time user. It remains buggy, specifically on photo uploads. Most of the time from the ipad it simply does not work, and viewing photos that are already in the cloud becomes very slow. From a few months back: I am a paying premium user of sugarsync. I used to love it. Now the app crashes all the time. I cannot upload my files from the camera roll...please fix. And also note you have NO CHOICE of what uploads into your mobile photos and magic briefcase and onto all your computers. If one of those is a computer you do not want private files or photos on... Tough. Seems this should be an easy option for ss to provide... I am really hoping this service gets its groove back... This is my old review... Fast fast fast access to files. Nice interface. Ability to save locally. It all just works. To me, it is not just good...it is changes-the-way-you work good. I have also used other cloud services and i like the others, but this one is best because of that speed.

Only reason I got this was to get work-related material. HUGE MUSTAKE! These clowns have charged my card twice,raising rates both times, without my express permission. The app itself acts like a virus with YOUR files-its hard to delete a file stored on their app without deleting them on your device. NEVER give them a credit card number, call your bank & get a temp number to give them. Its almost impossible to cancel an act with these guys. They have NO links under customer service or account info for cancellation. After emailing them I got a reply to contact a specific link to sign in then another one to contact an agent(their instructions dont mention this nor does it work on the latest version of Firefox). You can also only contact them between 11-2 PDT. I took off work to do that & their chat function spit me out over 20 times before I got through & Ariana at the other end COULD NOT CANCEL the act, I had to go to yet another link to cancel. What a nightmare! There are better & cheaper alternatives, use them instead. DO NOT GET THIS APP!!!

I have been using Sugarsync for about 3 years. never had an issue with my files. App can be a little confusing at first but it has saved me lots of time when out of my office.

They charged me $250 for renewal without my consent then refuse to cancel my subscription after endless calls to useless customer support. Terrible subscription practices. Stay away.

Use it mostly for photos. Uploaded in background. Works fine.

These frauds dont let you cancel. Endless loop. Stay away.

I like it. It functions well. No issues. I would like to recommend they include Touch ID instead of passcode.

If you have a folder stored that you "made local" on you phone with a lot of photos in it, this version of the app will crash when you open that folder. Reinstalling the app does not resolve this issue. Dont upgrade.

Whatever you do do NOT install or use this fraudulent app, and especially do NOT provide them with your credit card or PayPal account or anything involving $. They make it IMPOSSIBLE to deactivate your account, cannot stop payments nor can you retrieve your files if you get a new computer or use another device as the original files are forever linked to whichever machine you originally uploaded from. Also, the payment scheme is just that. - scheme - and you will jump through the most ridiculous obstacle course with them just to cancel your card. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Had I not experienced what I am going through with this company I wouldve had positive things to say about the ease of use. Having just read Hardcores warning on here I absolutely agree. Avoid this at all costs. Once they have your credit card - even if you cancel prior to a renewal - you will be charged. And the cancelation process is so onerous, so difficult, and so filled with technical barriers - the links they send you as part of the required process are outdated and do not work. Their required cancelation department chat support was down for days - which they state was "hours." I have pursued cancelation on a daily basis since receiving our recent corporate visa bill where they had renewed automatically. I am typing this after being on with their cancelation department for the past 45 minutes. Every so often Adam comes back, types something non-committal and then disappears for 10 minutes. Learn from my experience friends. I will be the skeleton sitting in front of his Mac with this companys cancelation department via chat - still waiting for a response because I refused to give up. Avoid this company at all costs.

I am a long-time user of SugarSync since it first started. The functionality is incredible and the new apps very speedy. However as of a year ago its pricing has become non-competitive for power users, and the company locks you into their annual pricing for a full year with no ability to downgrade and then automatically signs you up at the upgraded price with no ability to get out the next year. I have called customer service but they cant do anything because the pricing is locked in and cannot be changed on their systems. I am planning to contact the Federal Trade Commission and state attorney general. New management obviously doesnt understand how to treat loyal customers and evidently does care about having any. Bad sign for future of this company.
