I have used Sugarsync for several months. Is best as it uses your style - not forcing you to use its style as most do. In the last two weeks, it has been offline over 50% of the time I have attempted to access it. The website also is down so I cant even check status or request support. Used to be trouble free. Hope to change this ranking someday as I have a prepaid annual plan.

Ive been using Sugar Sync for 3 years. Best backup & synchronization application out there. Essential for users with multiple devices. New iOS app is very easy to use.

Be warned. The product works well but if you purchase a plan you may pay for it for the rest of your life. The only way to cancel a subscription is through a chat online from 10am - 2pm PST but no one is ever available to chat (very sketchy). The only way I was able to eliminate payment was to change my credit card # and inform the bank. This is a lawsuit in the making!!! Stay far away!

Needs an update asap...keep crashing and upload fails

DO NOT fall for the “trial version” from this company! They use a very underhanded form of “Bait and Switch” tactic to charge your credit card again at twice the cost whether you use the service or not… They say you can cancel at any time but conveniently do not provide any phone numbers you can use to contact customer support.

You cannot upload pictures if you have iOS 9 installed. The app just crashes. Doesnt work on 9.1 betas either. Worked great on iOS 8

I am surprised to see the relatively low rating of this app. I use it for my business on a daily basis and am consistently impressed with the simplicity and completeness of this app. All of my documents and photos are available whenever I want. The ability to download attachments straight from email on my phone to a folder is very convenient. Being able to have files offline is huge if you need access without worrying about cell service. It truly enables you to bring your office with you - and this is very powerful. I deal with large companies that have sophisticated IT solutions that are consistently impressed with my ability to bring up the necessary files or photos, when they are not. This service / app for my company is an absolute no brainer.

I have used sugar sync for about 3 years and I liked the offline option for traveling internationally, well it doesnt seen to work any more. If they dont fix it soon I will have to find a new service.

Its a shame that a good product ends with an awful app. It crashes all the time! It supposed to be a practical app to access all the time. I will cancel my subscription.

The app crashes within a minute of opening; it is unusable.

This company was ahead of it’s time when debuted and served me well for several years. Google Drive has since supplanted it. Now I’m trying to cancel and the only way to do so is to speak directly to support during a three hour daily window. Having done so, they still refuse to cancel my account until I reconnect and explain to them my reasons.

Less and less convinced that this is a good backup solution. Im constantly finding that photos havent synced in the background. Theres a serious lack of notifications. Their support is about a "D-" their forums arent very helpful either. All in all Im starting to seriously look at Amazon.

Wow sugar sync is way overpriced. It doesnt even carry the same "name brand" to it as Dropbox, Google Drive, Box, and One Drive do. Ive got 20.5 free gb on Dropbox 50 free gb on Box 15 free gb on Google Drive 15 free gb on One Drive 42 free gb on Copy The paid extra space for each of those is pretty decent too - not that I need it. Now theres sugar sync...and their prices. What the...? The app is nice. But its not that nice!!! Not worth the price when compared to the competitors.

Nov 16: I deleted the app from my ipad and then re-loaded it. The app works great again. I did have to download to my ipad the files I need offline access to again. Nov 2015- update made it impossible to access my files from my iPad :( I still think sygarsync is the best cloud file management service available. Ive used evernote, dropbox, and a few other types of file management systems. Ive never lost a file and the user interface is clean/easy to use. Now, if only I could use it on my iPad.. this app is amazing for organizing and accessing my files quickly and easily. I use this app on my personal computer, nexus phone, nexus tablet and my ipad. the app works much more smoothly on the ipad (easier to quick view a file before opening in another app) yet it is still very functional on the nexus as well. SugarSync Emails files, shares files, syncs between devices, browser access to files, and Ive never had an issue accessing files when and where I need them. Ive used evernote, google drive (yuck), and dropbox. This app by far has the most intuitive and easy to navigate and change file structures.

site is really slow and technology has been surpassed by other services. was good in its hay day. but no longer

NO iOS 9 attachment support!! Cmon. Google drive, Dropbox and some of my lesser known apps have it..... REALLY NEED THIS FEATURE TO ATTACH SUGARSYNC ITEMS RIGHT INTO EMAIL DURING COMPOSING!! Thanks! I love Sugarsync. Its the only one that makes copies of your stuff in the cloud and doesnt need a dedicated folder like the rest of them. However this app hasnt been updated since August and key iOS9 features are not here at all. - Most importantly you cannot access Sugarsync from the new iOS 9 attachment picker location when adding attachments to email. Dropbox and Google drive are there. This is really needed badly to attach documents easily to emails. -No slide over support on iPad - No 3D Touch support. I really hope this is updated soon. These are needed features and Sugarsync is behind with this.

I spent hours looking for an app that would let me upload over 150 photos and Videos at one time and all apps cost money or is download them and you can only upload 3 to 5 pics at a time I downloaded 175 at once and easily shared a link with family and the people who you send the link to also dont have to have an account like most other apps, berry useful and exactly what I wanted simple to use and does many things that all other apps cant do or charge to do just to make a web album, deff keeping app

DO NOT GET THIS. IT IS BROKEN and slow. Repeated requests for support go unanswered. When their end screws up, it can delete your local files without warning.

Will not offer a refund after auto renewing my account without notification. And their customer support said they dont have time to discuss the issue. (Not to mention that their pricing is way out of whack with competitors)

Does not work spent three hours waiting for it to sync and it will not uploaf to my photo albums it just keeps crashing when i try
